    The Photography Smiths consist of husband/wife photographers Mikey and Samantha Smith.

    We think moments shouldn’t just be captured, they should be handcrafted. And while we’re not great with words, we believe in the power of images to tell our story, and if you’d like, they can tell yours too.

Nick and Charlotte {Fredericksburg, VA Engagements}

Oh goodness, these two are FUN!!!! Mikey and I had such a blast getting to know them and meeting their gorgeous boxer Twister. We also have a boxer – that Mikey and Cohen love (we have our differences 😉 ). Charlotte and Nick were up for anything and they didn’t mind sitting in mud, climbing abandon building or poison ivy. Whatever it took to get an amazing photo – umm can you say dream clients? We went on a walk around Downtown Fredericksburg first them to an awesome abandon building. This building is covered in posion ivy and who knows what …you just have to see it for yourself!

Meet Felicia! Our Riverbend High School Senior Rep! I just LOVE hanging out with her! Seriously, she is soooo fun! We had such a great time hanging out at the river. I loved that she was not afraid to get dirty and walk through swamp water! It was sooo gross but she rocked it! My senior models are the BEST!

Emily {Class of 2013 | The Senior Model Experience}

Whew! Today has been a little crazy and I know Emily and her friends are ready to see her photos! There are just sooo many amazing ones I decided to do two blogs!!

Emily is such a gorgeous and smart young lady and I can I add with amazing red hair! You may recognize her from Kiana’s senior session in case you missed her blog click here. These two will be rooming together at East Carolina next year! I am so excited for them – what’s better then going to a new school but also having your best friend by your side! We did a few more friend photos but this time in the cap and gowns! Patrick her boyfriend also joined in for a view photos!

Meet Shelby! She’s our Brentsville District High School senior model! Wait till you see some our favorites from her session and doesn’t she look just like Rashida Jones! They could be twins! During her session I kept thinking she looked like someone I knew but couldn’t figure it out. Then I realized I just watch too many movies ;)It must be those big green eyes!
