Allie {The Senior Model Experience| Stafford Senior Photographer}

‘Are your seniors really model?’ So many people ask me this. I always respond with ‘No but they need too be!’ Seriously, I feel like the luckiest photographer getting to work with so many gorgeous and confident girls!

Allie’s session was definitely one of my favorites! She came with pretty much her whole wardrobe and we mixed and matched till we had 4 killer outfits. If you’ve ever worked with me you know how much I LOVE accessories and current styles. Allie brought all of this and more!

Chris and LeighAnna {Downtown Fredericksburg Engagements}

Oh how I love Downtown Fredericksburg,  gorgeous soft morning light and oh so sweet couples! Chris and LeighAnna wedding will be in October and they are planning their wedding all the way from Michigan! Luckily, they came home for a few days and we were able to squeeze in their engagement session! I love how adventurous these two are and the way Chris looks at LeighAnna. It’s funny – sometimes I just look at our couples and its just so crazy to me how two people could be so perfect for one another. Love is a gorgeous thing!

McKenzie {The Senior Model Experience | Fredericksburg Senior Photographer}

Meet another one of our gorgeous 2014 seniors! I had so much fun hanging out Kenzie, her sweet family and cutie boyfriend Hunter. We started in the studio so she could have her makeup and hair done by the amazing Emily Hall from Make Me Up! I love when my seniors decided to have their hair and makeup professionally done. Not only does it make them look natural but gorgeous – it also give me a chance to look through all your outfit choices and do some mixing and matching. Sometimes, this can be a long process just because I’m a little OCD and need every outfit to be perfect! And if I may say so you can really see the perfection in each of Kenzie’s outfits!

This girl was so much fun to work with and I LOVE how she was up for anything! My senior all have such  amazing confidence it always show through in their images!

Sara Cait {The Senior Model Experience | Virginia Senior Photographer}

If you’ve been following our blog you might have noticed I’m a little obsessed with the weather. Why? Because for me the weather is everything! It makes the photo! All my past clients can tell you I love a gorgeous day and thats what we had for Sara Cait’s senior session but oh goodness was it HOT! I’m talking at least a heat index of 105. No lie. It was soo hot! But wait till you see how gorgeous she looks and I swear the heat did not phase her! She was such a wonderful model and was up for anything! I’m still obsessed with all her outfits and so happy to be her senior photographer!

Paul and Leanne {Stevenson Ridge Wedding Photographer}

Oh goodness! We are so excited to finally share this gorgeous rustic chic wedding! The weather turned out to be completely perfect and with Leanne’s attention detail – their was day was absolutely beyond amazing! Detail is so important for weddings because every little touch just shows the couple’s personality and really makes the day their own! We knew that Leanne and Paul were going to have a gorgeous wedding ever since we did their engagements. These two are just so beautiful together and the way they just look at each other will make any stranger smile.

Their ceremony was held at one of our favorite Downtown Fredericksburg Churches, Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception and then the reception was held at one of Fredericksburg favorite venues, Stevenson Ridge. Mikey and I were so excited to finally shoot at this gorgeous venue! The location and staff are amazing and there’s just so many wonderful area for portraits! Stevenson Ridge was definitely the perfect choice for Paul and Leanne’s day!
